What are the disadvantages of working for a small company?
1. Lunch time doesn't mean you're to be left alone and free of duties.
2. Paychecks can be late because you're bosses are "too busy " or "forgot"
3. You'll feel guilty not showing up for work even if you're sick.
4. You don't get paid overtime although your bosses may ask for you to stay overtime.
5. Expected to do more although you're paid less than big companies.
6. Nothing is set in stone. Whether or not you're getting off on Holidays depends on how they feel.
